issues for our customers, I wrote a software package called Net
Tracker. It allowed our group to see compiled data in less than 2
minutes verses the twenty to thirty minutes required using other

In
order to reduce the turn around time to get mailings around new
listings completed, I wrote a custom software package which automated
the printing of Just Listed postcards. Creation time was reduced from
45 minutes to 5 minutes and turn around time was reduced

Because of efforts to assist my team while I was in the Tier 3 Support
department, I won the Time Warner Cable Total Quality Service (TQS)
Award. A TQS winner is someone who goes above and beyond what is
expected and consistently exemplifies the Time Warner Cable Mission and
Values in carrying out their job duties. Winning the award was one of

Production downtime was a big issue when I started at Gallagher Corporation. The reason for this was a lack of preventive maintenance program. With a loss of several production hours a week, I decided to implement a preventive maintenance program. Without the budget to create a computerized system, I created a manual one using a series of checklists. These checklists would be performed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
